Our Services/Projects
Community Health Center
We offer a comprehensive range of services aimed at addressing both mental and physical health needs among refugee and displaced populations in Nepal. Our mental health services focus on increasing awareness and providing education on various mental health issues, including the identification of early signs and symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression. We also conduct mental health screenings to assess the prevalence and severity of these conditions, ensuring early intervention and appropriate support.
Additionally, we emphasize holistic well-being by integrating physical health screenings into our services. This includes routine assessments for common health conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and other non-communicable diseases that are often overlooked in displaced communities.
By offering both mental and physical health services, we aim to provide a comprehensive support system that enhances overall health outcomes and promotes resilience among vulnerable populations in Nepal. Our approach not only addresses immediate health concerns but also aims to build sustainable health practices that empower individuals and communities to prioritize their long-term well-being.
Research Initiatives
We are actively collaborating with local communities to design and implement evidence-based interventions that promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of underserved populations in Nepal. By working closely with community members and stakeholders, we ensure that our interventions are culturally sensitive, relevant, and tailored to the unique needs of the population.
Our efforts extend beyond direct service delivery; we are also deeply engaged in research initiatives aimed at addressing critical health and social challenges faced by these communities. Through rigorous research, we seek to generate new insights and develop strategies that can effectively tackle pressing issues such as mental health disparities, chronic disease management, and the social determinants of health. Our goal is to bridge the gap between research and practice, using data-driven approaches to inform our programs and measure their impact.
By combining community engagement with research-driven interventions, we strive to create sustainable solutions that enhance the overall quality of life and promote long-term resilience for underserved populations across Nepal.
